In the set apart surroundings of House of the Open Door in Childswickham, and Regent’s College Malvern we brought together a group of anointed musicians to record music that we believe will touch your spirit and bring deep comfort and inspiration. We have assembled many of the best tracks on six stunning CDs, that we think will really minister to your soul. We are calling the collection CHRISM – the Greek word for Anointing – because that is what we hope this music will bring into your heart and home.
You will find a wide assortment of music on these CDs, including baroque and even pre baroque pieces that capture not only the feel and flavour of their own age but also something of eternal essence; rich extracts from the Romantic era which rub shoulders with inspired compositions by Linda Entwistle and Carol and Gareth Sampson, along with beautifully played solo pieces for harp and piano, and other pieces that were written especially for the occasion. You wil also find a selection of delightful improvisations, as well as a number of anointed songs, and imaginative renderings of traditional hymns.
May the ‘chrism’ that was on the original composition of these pieces – as well as with those who were playing them – come afresh on you as the Lord Jesus leads where He will by His Spirit as you listen to them.

As a guideline could we suggest a donation of £25 towards the cost of their production.
